The Firm is headed by our Founding Partner Dr. M.V.K. Moorthy who is practising as senior counsel before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, Hon'ble High Courts as well as before various Hon'ble Tribunals more than 45 Years and more particularly specialized in Taxation Laws, Constitutional Laws, Corporate Laws and he is a Research scholar in International Law with a doctoral degree. . He was the retainer for various Government Undertakings, Public Limited Companies and Private Limited Companies like BHPV, BHEL, HAL, NAFED, Cotton Corporation of India, SAIL, ITC Limited, Tobacco Board, Karnataka Co-operative Milk Federation Ltd., Bangalore and HINDALCO, M/s. Kobelco Construction Equipment Pvt Ltd., M/s. Keller Ground Engineering Ltd., etc, etc.,

Dr. M.V.K. Moorthy has attended and addressed many seminars, conferences of taxation in the Country as well as abroad and also contributed to the growth of legal education by contributing several articles published in souvenirs released in Conferences as also in the periodical journals of AIFTP and also authored a book on Service Tax along with a co-author published by Asia Law House, Hyderabad and in 2017. He has authored Books of Central Goods and Services Tax, State Goods and Services Tax, Integrated Goods and Services Tax and Union Territory Goods and Services Tax Acts 2017 and he was the Speaker on constitutional and taxation laws in several National Taxation Seminars as also an identified specialist in Constitutional and International Laws.
